The Berlin Summer of Culture was centred around the UEFA EURO 2024 and kicked off with a grand opening show at the Brandenburg Gate. Afterwards, during EURO 2024 from 14 June to 14 July, there was a cultural and entertainment programme in the Fan Zone Berlin and city-wide events on football and fan culture in addition to the traditional public viewing.
